| "Only technicians, after inspecting the machine can provide repair estimates." A non-refundable estimate fee of only $30 which applies toward the repair is required in advance for any out of warranty repair. The estimate fee covers the diagnosing, testing and troubleshooting by an experienced senior technician. We are not responsible if parts are no longer available |
| The minimum repair labor charge is $60 per machine. Any repair above the $60 requires customer's authorization. |
| The minimum Service Call charge is $85.50 and covers travel, diagnosing and labor on one machine for up to 45 minutes. A senior technician will determine if and when parts and / or additional labor charges are needed. |

| Example: If the repair is $60 and you have paid a $30 estimate fee then the balance due is only $30. |
